   WHAT WE DO

  What we machine

  • Current work: Dental chair components in cast iron.

  • Capability: Wider dental & medical equipment parts

  What we focus on

  • Material traceability

  • Part cleanliness.

Aizaki's medical work today is precision cast-iron components for dental chairs, machined to the customer's drawing with full material traceability on every part. The same 5-axis machining, turning and grinding we run for other precision sectors also covers medical-grade metals and polymers, so we can take on wider dental and medical equipment parts in titanium, stainless steel and others.

   OUR PROCEDURE

Five steps, drawing to delivery.

 1

Drawing review & DFM feedback

Tolerance stack and cost drivers, in writing

 2

Material sourcing with full traceability

Mill certs and lot IDs from the start

 3

CNC machining

Milling · turning · 5-axis · grinding · wire EDM

 4

Finishing

In-house + global partner network

 5

Inspection & delivery

CMM + vision, with documentation

   MATERIALS & FINISHES

(Cast iron dental-chair components are Aizaki's current medical production; the other materials are general machining capability, available on request. Turning and milling typically to ±0.01 mm; grinding and polishing to ±0.005 mm, under controlled conditions. Inch values converted at 1 in = 25.4 mm.)

   FAQ

Do you handle prototypes as well as production?

Yes, from single-piece prototypes through repeat production runs.

Which materials do you machine for medical parts?

Today, precision cast-iron components for dental chairs. The same machining covers medical-grade metals and polymers such as 316L stainless, titanium and PEEK on request.

Can you supply material certificates and traceability?

Yes. Mill certs, lot traceability and dimensional inspection reports come with medical parts.

Are you certified for medical manufacturing?

Aizaki operates ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental) systems, with material traceability and inspection documentation on every order.

   CASE STUDY

Dental chair backrest assembly components machined by Aizaki Vietnam

Multi-Material Machining

Dental Chair Backrest Assembly Components

Product: Six part numbers across three materials:

- C3604 Brass: T Joint
- SS400 Steel: Bearing Nut M70
- FCD450 Ductile Cast Iron: Flange, Backrest Support, Link BKT R, and Link BKT L

Machine: CNC turning, milling, and grinding, depending on the component requirements.

Challenge: Manufacturing components from different materials requires appropriate machining processes and dimensional control to meet drawing specifications. Coordinating multiple part numbers within the same assembly also requires careful production planning and quality control.

Result: AIZAKI Vietnam machined six part numbers in three materials for a dental chair backrest assembly. This project demonstrates our experience in machining different metal components to customer drawings and coordinating production across multiple part numbers within one project.
