WHAT WE DO
Items
-
Parts for factory-automation
-
Unit assemblies
-
Coiled cables (BS068) & electrical builds
Procedure Emphasis
-
Machining and assembly under one supplier, from part to finished unit.
Aizaki machines parts for factory-automation and industrial-equipment builders. Beyond machining, we assemble finished units and build electrical and cable assemblies, including BS068 coiled cables for communication and disaster-prevention equipment, so a part can leave as a function-tested unit, ready to install.

OUR PROCEDURE
Five steps, drawing to delivery.
1
Drawing review & DFM feedback
Tolerance stack and cost drivers, in writing
2
Material sourcing with full traceability
Mill certs and lot IDs from the start
3
CNC machining
Milling · turning · 5-axis · grinding · wire EDM
4
Finishing
In-house + global partner network
5
Inspection & delivery
CMM + vision, with documentation
MATERIALS & FINISHES
Turning and milling typically to ±0.01 mm; wire EDM, grinding and polishing to ±0.005 mm, under controlled conditions. Inch values converted at 1 in = 25.4 mm

FAQ

Can you supply machining and finishing together?
Yes. Machining in-house, with anodising, plating and heat treatment through our partner network.
What is a coiled cable build used for?
Custom coiled cables (including BS068 types) and electrical assemblies for communication and disaster-prevention equipment.
Can you handle a wide range of part sizes and volumes?
Yes, prototype through production across a broad material range.
