Aizaki machines aluminium plates and body components for industrial printing equipment. The current work covers structural and mounting plates, fluid-handling plates and machined bodies with barb fittings. Almost all of it runs in 6061 aluminium, with a small share in 2083 stainless mould steel. Flatness, clean sealing faces and accurate hole positions decide whether these parts seal and fit, so we mill them to the drawing and hold them consistent across repeat production runs.

OUR PROCEDURE
Five steps, drawing to delivery.
1
Drawing review & DFM feedback
Tolerance stack and cost drivers, in writing
2
Material sourcing with full traceability
Mill certs and lot IDs from the start
3
CNC machining
Milling · turning · 5-axis · grinding · wire EDM
4
Finishing
In-house + global partner network
5
Inspection & delivery
CMM + vision, with documentation
MATERIALS & FINISHES
Turning and milling typically to ±0.01 mm; grinding and polishing to ±0.005 mm, under controlled conditions. Inch values converted at 1 in = 25.4 mm.

FAQ
Can you hold consistency across long production runs?
Yes. Parts are fixtured and process-sheeted for repeat orders, with inline inspection.
Do you finish the aluminium parts?
Finishing such as anodising is available through our partner network when the drawing calls for it.
How flat and accurate can you hold these plates?
We mill to the drawing and inspect flatness, sealing faces and hole positions, holding milled features to ±0.01 mm, with critical flat and sealing faces ground to ±0.005 mm under controlled conditions.
What kinds of printing parts do you make?
Structural and mounting plates, fluid-handling plates and bodies, and machined parts with barb fittings.
Which materials do you machine for printing-equipment parts?
Almost all of it is 6061 aluminium, with a small share of 2083 stainless mould steel.
