WHAT WE DO
What we machine
-
Hardness testers
-
Gauges
-
Measuring instruments
What we focus on
-
Dimensional and thermal stability, precision grinding and lapping.
Aizaki machines components for hardness testers, gauges, and measuring instruments. On these parts the component itself is the reference, so dimensional stability, flatness and ultra-tight tolerances decide whether the instrument is accurate. A hardness tester is only as accurate as the knife edge inside it, and that is the standard we machine to.

OUR PROCEDURE
Five steps, drawing to delivery.
1
Drawing review & DFM feedback
Tolerance stack and cost drivers, in writing
2
Material sourcing with full traceability
Mill certs and lot IDs from the start
3
CNC machining
Milling · turning · 5-axis · grinding · wire EDM
4
Finishing
In-house + global partner network
5
Inspection & delivery
CMM + vision, with documentation
MATERIALS & FINISHES
(Turning and milling typically to ±0.01 mm; grinding, lapping and polishing to ±0.005 mm, under controlled conditions. Inch values converted at 1 in = 25.4 mm.)

FAQ
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. Full dimensional reports are supplied on request.
What inspection equipment do you use?
CMM and a KEYENCE IM-7000/7020 image dimension measuring system, among others.
How do you manage dimensional and thermal stability?
We machine low-expansion and hardened materials and stress-relieve where stability is critical.
Do you offer precision grinding and lapping?
Yes. Surface, cylindrical and jig grinding, plus lapping for reference-grade surfaces.
How tight are the tolerances you can hold?
Precision grinding and lapping let us hold micron-level tolerances on critical features.
